Comments

If the blogging world is such a popular thing right now and everyone has one then why don't people leave more comments?? I look at everyones blogs and hardly anyone leaves comments on them. I have had over 700 hits on my blog in less than a week and only a few comments out of all that (who knew I would have 700 people reading about my boring life.) But I think if we are gonna share our lives for everyone to read, it's considerate and only fair to leave a comment about what we are sharing. I am not exactly the best person at this but i'm trying to lately. It's exciting when people leave comments and I KNOW i'm not the only one who thinks so. ;) I didn't want to look like a loser by saying something, but I really do wonder why people stop by, read, then leave? Am I alone on this thought? lets see how many people leave a comment...(I know who my true friends are) haha oh but I still love you all!

I agree! It kind of takes the fun out of blogging when you think no one is reading!

Hey... I always read... and then keep going! Sorry, I have lots of "comments" in my head... such as, "your kids are adorable, I wish we could get them together, ect" and I totally feel the same about comments, I wonder how many people read my blog???

Hey you know me Mindy, I always leave a comment! So here's another one for the record! Ha, ha, ha!

I totally know how you feel. It's funny actually, because I've thought about leaving a comment on your posts quite a few times but didn't 'cause we don't really know eachother. I know Dustin from highschool, and I think we did actually meet once at Zones or something. I'm one of Vinnie's good frieds, Carrie Famulak (used to be Schow). Anyways I guess that's my introduction :), and we can be blogger friends.

actually you don't know me Mindy and honestly I am not sure if Dustin remembers me. I used to babysit him many moons ago. I think you 2 are doing a fantastic job with your girls and they are absolutely beautiful. I am only leaving this anonymously because i can't remember my password--anyhow it is Dana Evans(my maiden name is Eldridge)--thanks for sharing your family with all of us.

You don't know me either, so I thought it would creep you out to receive a comment every now and then. But then again, I would love to hear from people who read my blog that I don't know. It's kind of flattering :) You look so put together all the time - supermom! That is definetly a quality I do not posess, but I hope to one day :)
I'll try to comment more often after I read :)

I love your blog it's so cute and funny. I don't leave comments because I don't have time haha I am right now because it's 6:50 in the morning and the kids haven't woken and the other kids haven't got here yet! Keep writing it's like a little news paper for me : )

K, well you know I read your blog... mine is being STUPID these days, so I haven't posted in awhile. That is why it is showing up as carlson02 instead of Sarah C. Anyways, sometimes I don't comment because the kiddos get in the way *lol* I'm sure you know all about that. But I am trying to comment more too :D

We all know that I love comments and generally ALWAYS leave comments on others but don't get as many back. That is why I haven't been commenting lately.

Ok, I'll comment. I usually don't because I don't know you that well, and I think you might be a little creeped out if you knew how often I check your blog. I just enjoy reading about your adventures of twin-hood...and motherhood. Well, I guess it's out...and now I can post more! I'm Megan Hillyer (Freeze) by the way.

I don't even know how I came across your blog but thought it was reassuring to come across someone else like me. Like you I have a toddler and twins. My son who just turned 4 on Friday is the best big brother we could have asked for. He was 2 1/2 when we had our twin daughters. He was so in love with them from the very beginning and still is. My girls were born at 34 1/2 weeks and were tiny but were great as they didn't need anything for breathing or feeding. They did it all on their own. Sure they stayed in NICU for 2 1/2 weeks but only because of the darn bradys but besides that everything was awesome.
It makes life so much easier when the kids get along so great. Makes it easy for the kids and especially on us parents.
great work

My comments seem so inadequate. HAHA. Just kidding!! I try to ignore the fact that people don't comment and think of it as a journal for me and my fam.. But comments are fun and I'll try and be more commentating!! Love you and your beautiful fam.

holy fetch! I don't even know 28 people, and that's how many comments you have. Make mine 29! I love seeing your kids get older, because they're pretty much the same ages as mine. It's fun to see what they're doing. Good for you for calling us all out on it!

I look to see if people write comments also. Looks like a lot of people are reading your blog. You sure have lots of exciting things to tell because of your kids! I will take your advice to leave comments on the blogs I read! By the way, I am watching the bachelor also, and its SOO good hey! Did you see how Deanna tells his she made a mistake???? Looking forward to a good seaon!

Hi Mindy, I like to stop by your blog sometimes and check out your cute girls and how you are surviving with twins! I am Meagan's friend and my cousin left the first comment, we sometimes chat about out blog stalking friends lol! Your sister dated my brother in law (Matthew) Anyway while I am at it i guess i should tell you that i also had many challenges with my daughter and not pooping properly! #1 no problem but #2 she would go and hide and let it out in secret in her panties and it frusterated the heck out of me, she held it so much that she started to get constipated and then I gave her an enima and she has been fine ever since and has a sticker chart going curently for a new barbie doll once it is complete. So that is my advise, go buy and enima at the drug store to clean her out and then start a sticker chart with a good reward. Sorry to be the grossest commenter ever on your blog!!!!! You asked!

The Evansons said...

I have read your post twice and not commented, 3rd times a charm I guess!! haha! so........ COMMENT!

Meagan M said...

ha ha ha ha...I'm totally laughing so hard at the Enima comment. Oh so funny. Totally classic Laura too.

Anyway, I always read. And I hardly ever comment. That's just me. Usually I'm reading while Hailey's tearing the house apart, and right when I want to comment I get pulled away for some serious damage control. But I really truly intend to comment. So next time you post something just think to yourself this: "if Meagan didn't have such a terror for a little child, this is what she'd say:__________". And then insert something like "you're so brilliant, or beatiful, or your kids are adorable, or I hope that never happens to me...etc.etc.".

Does that make sense?? Probably not, I tend to babble. Sorry.

Meagan M said...

Oh and just so you know...I sometimes read, don't comment and then come back to your blog a million times. I use your list of BLOGS sometimes to check in on other people I know. I don't have a list on my blog, so I have to use yours.

So I probably loaded your front page 5 times before I actually commented.
